Religious Emblem Board of Review Scheduler
Please complete the below information to schedule a Board of Review for students seeking, Ad Altre Dei, Pope Pius XII (Scouts BSA), Mary, the First Disciple, Spirit Alive, Missio (Girl Scouts), Women of Integrity (Am Heritage Girls). The following is required for a Board of Review:
- Parish Priest / Deacon / Seminarian (Coordinator should contact / schedule)
- Past scout recipient of the religious emblem (Coordinator should contact / schedule)
- DCCS Representative (Please complete the below form for scheduling)
- Board of Review Candidate (ideally should be the entire group)
- Location for Board of Review (Coordinator should contact / schedule)
You will be asked to select 3 dates; please ensure that both scouts and representatives are available on these days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling time.
