Has your son/daughter achieved the highest rank/award in scouting (Eagle Scout, Silver or Gold Award, Stars and Stripes Award)? Please let us know so we can celebrate with you by emailing [email protected]. Please include your parish, troop number and mailing address.

- To request a Scout Emblem/Award certificate of completion, please complete the below information form. All completed applications that have been signed by the student, parent/guardian, cub/troop master and pastor should be emailed to [email protected]. If your son/daughter has completed the Eagle Scout Award, Girl Scout Gold Award, or Am Heritage Girls Stars and Stripes award, you may request a certificate here. All fees can be paid here. Requests will not be considered complete until fees and a signed application have been received.
