Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Central Standard Time unless otherwise communicated.

Parish Data System (PDS)
PDS will send notification of shut down 30 days prior to the last day of availability for parishes. As of April 2025, PDS is no longer available for any parish who converted to MP.
NOTE: Facility Scheduler is not automatically turned off. When you have built out facilities in MinistryPlatform and are ready to cancel it, you will need to call PDS/ACST Support at (877) 737-4457.
