  (1) complete an annual retreat (not less than 3 consecutive days);
  (2) complete 30 hours of continuing education (CE)l and
  (3) attend the annual convocation with Bishop Vásquez on the first Saturday of October.
  
  At least 12 of the 30 CE hours must be actual classroom or seminar hours (including online classes from seminaries or Catholic Universities). The remaining 18 hours may be satisfied through self-study, which includes reading books, listening to tapes, or watching videos.
