If you believe you have submitted an application in the past but still cannot access your account after using Forgot User ID? or Password? (check your spam folder), contact your parish or school EIM site administrator, or the EIM Office, for assistance - you may just need to have your email address updated in your EIM account. DO NOT submit a new application if your name or other information has changed – once you’ve accessed your EIM account you can update most information; however you must contact the EIM Office for name changes.
