      ​Clergy, parish & school employees, and adult volunteers (while serving in ministries requiring EIM compliance per EIM Policies) are background checked every three years and are trained on EIM policies & procedures, the EIM code of conduct, and EIM reporting requirements at the initial EIM workshop and in subsequent online EIM trainings.​
