- Empowering God’s Children (EGC) is the EIM education program for minors and must be provided to all grades every school year. Unless you are also part of the religious education team you are not responsible for coordinating EGC, but you will need to communicate with your religious education team to complete this section. The term “grade group coordinator” refers to the religious education director/coordinator, youth minister, school religion coordinator or other person(s) designated to coordinate EGC at a parish or school.
