- Provide an integrated program to promote and foster vocations in the home, in schools and in parish life.
- Provide training for parishes regarding calling forth volunteers, discerning their gifts, training and working with them.
- Assist parishes and local ministers in developing local pastoral plans.
- Assist parishes and diocesan ministries regarding best practices in personnel policies.
