Prepare-Enrich Facilitator Training

Training for Administering the PREPARE Premarital Inventory

In order to provide the best possible preparation and discernment for the vocation of marriage, all couples preparing for marriage are asked to take a pre-marital assessment (either the FOCCUS or PREPARE) prior to beginning a formal marriage preparation program.

This training will prepare participants to give the PREPARE premarital inventory to couples preparing for marriage and to discuss the results in a manner that has been shown to effectively reduce later marital conflict. The PREPARE has a specially-designed version for Catholic couples and is available in both English and Spanish. This training, given by a certified PREPARE-ENRICH trainer, will also cover the ENRICH instrument, for couples who are already married. This instrument can be used in marriage mentoring and other marriage enrichment approaches.

Registration fee is $100 per person and $120 per couple (includes a PREPARE-ENRICH Facilitator’s package containing PREPARE forms, one free administration and other needed materials). Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, and supplies must be ordered in advance. Please register early, but no later than, March 1st.
